Comerciantul garantează confidențialitatea datelor dumneavoastră, găzduite și transmise prin sistemul său informatic. Conform Legii 677/ 2001, privind protecția persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal și libera circulație a acestora, vă informăm că datele dumneavoastră personale vor fi administrate în condiții de siguranță și vor fi folosite numai pentru următoarele scopuri: finalizarea comenzilor efectuate pe site, diverse oferte speciale, promoții etc.

Orice utilizator poate refuza furnizarea acestor date în orice circumstanțe și poate solicita ștergerea acestora din baza de date. Toate aceste notificări se vor transmite de către persoana înscrisă în baza de date la adresa de e-mail contact@wineandcompany.ro.

Wine & Company SRL respectă drepturile conferite de Legea nr. 677/2001, art. 12-18, în calitate de persoană vizată: dreptul de informare, dreptul de acces la date, dreptul de intervenție asupra datelor, dreptul de opoziție, dreptul de a nu fi supus unei decizii individuale, dreptul de a vă adresa justiției.

Comerciantul nu este răspunzător pentru eorile ce survin în urma neglijenței unui utilizator privind securitatea și confidenșialitatea contului și a parolei sale.
